The ROSSANA story comes to life here in AMARA, a vibrant blood orange shade. Each piece is created through an intricate overdyeing process, where every fabric is carefully hand-tinted. This technique allows the new color to infuse the textile while still honoring the original weaving—subtle patterns and tones emerge through the layers, ensuring that no two pieces are ever alike. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece that carries both richness and depth.

The 3rd and 4th images showcase an example of a Dua in AMARA however it is not this piece.

Cotton

Our garments are made from traditional Indonesian weavings, using hand-made cotton looms.

The cotton threads used by our artisans are made from a variety of natural and organic cotton.

The work of natural dyeing is mainly artisanal with a low environmental impact.

The cotton hand dyes offer multiple possibilities of colors with subtle and harmonious shades, embedding antimicrobial and hypoallergenic properties to the fibers with a very soft hand and comfortable finishing.
